Funkcjonariusze udali się pod wskazany adres, lecz nikt nie otwierał drzwi, choć z wnętrza dobiegały odgłosy obecności domowników. Pomimo wielokrotnych wezwań, kobieta nie reagowała, co skłoniło do wezwania straży pożarnej i zapowiedzi siłowego wejścia. Dopiero wtedy drzwi zostały otwarte. Po poinformowaniu o przyczynie interwencji, 36-latka stała się agresywna, używała wulgaryzmów i rzuciła puszką piwa w jednego z policjantów. Została zatrzymana, a badanie alkomatem wykazało ponad 2 promile alkoholu w jej organizmie. W mieszkaniu przebywał kilkumiesięczny syn kobiety; dziecku nic się nie stało, po badaniach medycznych przekazano go babci. Po wytrzeźwieniu 36-latka usłyszała zarzuty niewłaściwego sprawowania opieki nad dzieckiem, znieważenia oraz naruszenia nietykalności cielesnej funkcjonariusza. Grozi jej do 5 lat pozbawienia wolności, a sprawa trafiła też do sądu rodzinnego.

The incident occurred a few days ago in Legionowo. Police officers received a report about an intoxicated woman caring for her child in one of the apartments. The officers went to the indicated address, but no one opened the door, although sounds of occupants were coming from inside. Despite repeated calls, the woman did not respond, which led to summoning the fire brigade and announcing forced entry. Only then were the doors opened. After being informed about the reason for the intervention, the 36-year-old became aggressive, used vulgar language, and threw a beer can at one of the officers. She was detained, and a breathalyzer test showed over 2 per mille of alcohol in her system. The woman’s several-month-old son was in the apartment; the child was unharmed and, after medical examinations, was handed over to the grandmother. After sobering up, the 36-year-old heard charges of improper child care, insult, and violation of the bodily integrity of an officer. She faces up to 5 years in prison, and the case has also been referred to the family court.
