Recydywista za kratami

Legionowscy stróże prawa zatrzymali trzydziestoletniego mieszkańca powiatu, podejrzanego o wpływanie na świadka w postępowaniu sądowym, uszkodzenie ciała i mienia oraz kradzież sklepową. Oskarżony usłyszał sześć zarzutów, wszystkie w warunkach recydywy. Na wniosek prokuratury, sąd zarządził tymczasowe aresztowanie mężczyzny na trzy miesiące. Za te przestępstwa grozi mu kara do pięciu lat pozbawienia wolności, przy czym recydywa może skutkować surowszym wyrokiem.

W połowie kwietnia do Komendy Powiatowej Policji w Legionowie wpłynęło zawiadomienie, w którym zgłaszano, że trzydziestolatek groził pokrzywdzonemu oraz jego bliskim pozbawieniem życia. Podczas przypadkowego spotkania na ulicy, agresor rzucił w stronę pokrzywdzonego kostką brukową, która po niecelnym rzucie uszkodziła zaparkowany samochód. Następnie napastnik uderzył pięścią w twarz pokrzywdzonego i zbiegł. Przyczyną tego zachowania była rola pokrzywdzonego jako świadka w postępowaniu sądowym przeciwko podejrzanemu.

Pod koniec maja trzydziestolatek został zlokalizowany i zatrzymany na terenie Warszawy. Zgromadzone dowody pozwoliły śledczym na przedstawienie mu sześciu zarzutów, w tym narażenia człowieka na utratę życia, wpływania na świadka, uszkodzenia ciała, zniszczenia pojazdu oraz kradzieży perfum z legionowskiej drogerii o wartości blisko dwóch tysięcy złotych.

Prokuratura Rejonowa w Legionowie wystąpiła o tymczasowe aresztowanie podejrzanego, na co sąd przystał. Za te przestępstwa, z uwagi na recydywę, grozi mu surowsza kara niż zwykle przewidziane pięć lat więzienia. Śledztwo w tej sprawie nadzoruje Prokuratura Rejonowa w Legionowie.

Legion police arrest a repeat offender

Legion police have arrested a 30-year-old county resident suspected of influencing a witness in court proceedings, bodily harm, property damage, and shoplifting. The accused has faced six charges, all under conditions of repeat offenses. At the request of the prosecutor’s office, the court ordered the man to be temporarily detained for three months. For such crimes, he faces up to five years in prison, with the potential for a higher sentence due to his repeat offenses.

In mid-April, a report was filed at the Legion police station stating that the 30-year-old threatened the victim and his relatives with death. During a chance encounter on the street, the aggressor threw a paving stone at the complainant, which missed and damaged a parked car. The attacker then punched the victim in the face before fleeing. The cause of this behavior was the victim’s role as a witness in court proceedings involving the suspect.

At the end of May, the 30-year-old was located and arrested in Warsaw. The collected evidence allowed investigators to charge him with six offenses, including endangering life, influencing a witness, bodily harm, vehicle damage, and stealing perfumes from a Legion pharmacy worth nearly two thousand zlotys.

The District Prosecutor’s Office in Legion requested the suspect’s temporary detention, which the court approved. Due to the repeat offense, the man faces a more severe punishment than the usual five-year prison sentence. The investigation is supervised by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Legion.
