Państwowy Powiatowy Inspektor Sanitarny w Legionowie, dnia 12-VII-24r., opublikował informację dotyczącą jakości wody w kąpieliskach w regionie. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań, stwierdzono, że woda w kąpielisku „Dzika Plaża” w Nieporęcie oraz w miejscu okazjonalnie wykorzystywanym do kąpieli przy ul. 600-lecia w Wieliszewie, spełnia wszystkie obowiązujące wymagania.
Jednocześnie wprowadzono tymczasowy zakaz kąpieli w kąpielisku „Plaża Miejska Serock” zlokalizowanym przy ul. Retmańskiej w Serocku. Decyzję podjęto na podstawie wizualnej oceny jakości wody, wskazującej na potrzebę dalszych analiz.
Zakaz obowiązuje do czasu wydania przez Państwowego Powiatowego Inspektora Sanitarnego w Legionowie bieżącej oceny o przydatności wody w kąpielisku do kąpieli.
Bieżąca ocena jakości wody została wydana na podstawie art. 1 pkt. 1 oraz art. 4 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 14 marca 1985 r. o Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej (Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 416) oraz na podstawie art. 41 ust. 1, 2 i 3, art. 344 ust. 1 pkt. 1 i 3 oraz art. 41 ust. 1, 2 i 3 ustawy z dnia 20 lipca 2017 r. Prawo wodne (Dz. U. z 2023 r., poz. 1478) a także na podstawie § 4 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 17 stycznia 2019 r. w sprawie nadzoru nad jakością wody w kąpieliskach oraz miejscach okazjonalnie wykorzystywanych do kąpieli (Dz. U. z 2019 r., poz. 255) oraz w oparciu o wyniki badania wody wykonane w ramach kontroli wewnętrznej a także kontroli urzędowej.
Information on Water Quality in Legionowo
On 12-VII-24r., the State District Sanitary Inspector in Legionowo published information regarding the water quality in the region’s bathing areas. Based on the conducted tests, it was found that the water in the “Dzika Plaża” bathing area in Nieporęt and in the place occasionally used for bathing at 600-lecia Street in Wieliszew meets all current requirements.
At the same time, a temporary ban on swimming was introduced in the “Plaża Miejska Serock” bathing area located at Retmańska Street in Serock. The decision was made based on a visual assessment of the water quality, indicating the need for further analysis.
The ban is in effect until the State District Sanitary Inspector in Legionowo issues a current assessment of the suitability of the water in the bathing area for swimming.
The current water quality assessment was issued based on Art. 1 point 1 and Art. 4 sec. 1 of the Act of March 14, 1985, on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 416) and based on Art. 41 sec. 1, 2 and 3, Art. 344 sec. 1 point 1 and 3 and Art. 41 sec. 1, 2 and 3 of the Act of July 20, 2017, Water Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1478) and based on § 4 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of January 17, 2019, on the supervision of the quality of water in bathing areas and places occasionally used for bathing (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 255) and based on the results of water tests performed within the internal control framework as well as official control.
